Flick-Flow

For this project, I wanted to explore every tiny detail that go behind a subject that you wouldn't think encompasses such complexity. For my subject, I choose to show a seamless and flowy movement, more specifically a gymnastics skill. Throuought my time doing gymnastics, I always found fascinating how much thought and control goes behind the quickest of movements. So that's why I chose to explore what goes behind this subject.
